Gobi 65 dry


Gobi 1/4 kg
onion 1
ginger 1 tsp
garlic 2tsp
red chilli 2 soaked in boiling water
1 pinch ajinomotto
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1tsp chicken chilli masala
1tsp Garam masala
1/2tsp geera powder
1/2tsp corainder powder
besan 1/2 cup
maida 1/2 cup
cornflour little lesser to 1/2 cup
2 pinch red color(optional)
salt for taste


1. Boil water to that add salt and gobi.  leave it for 5 mins.

2. Remove the gobi and pluck it in small pieces and keep aside.

3. Grind nion, ginger, garlic and red chilli. make a paste.

4. Now mix all the ingredient including gobi. Marinate it for 15 min.

5. Deep fry.

Serve hot with Sambhar rice or Curry Rice.
