Nutrella Biriyani
Soya is considered to be one of the protein rich food. This is the best substitute for non veg and I believe all the vegetarian enjoy and get satisfied.
It is often used as a meat analogue or meat extender.
Now I will go Straight to the recipe :)
With same soya mixture you can go for Dum Biriyani with half cooked rice.
you can also sprinkle some food color mixed in water.

1. Saffron string soaked in little warm milk or water can be added for color

Fry the Soya Chunks in oil
And keep aside
Fry Onion with required salt till Golden brown and keep aside
Now in the same kadhai add little ghee(optional) add all the biriyani spice,ginger garlic green chilli paste. and simmer the gas and stir well
Add Onion
Saute well
Add Garam Masala and corainder powder(optional)
Mix well
now add soya chunks
Mix well
mix with a bunch of coriander leaves
Mix thick or hung curd
mix well
Ultimately add salt
cover it and simmer the gas cook for 5 to 10 minutes
Find the texture of the soya mixture
Mix it with prepared rice
Then goes fried onion and here's the simple, easy and quick biriyani.
Ensure that rice does broke. Even I need to work on this :(

- 1 cup Biriyani Rice
- 1 tbsp Biriyani spices(cloves, star aniseeds, bay leaves, stone flower, cinnamon stick)
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
- 3 onion
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander masala
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup curd
- salt as required
Method
- Soak rice for half an hour.
- Meanwhile slice onion very finely.
- boil water add soya chunks, once is it become soft drain out the excess water.
- again in a running water pass soya chunks and squeeze it well and keep aside for frying.
- Now take a heavy kadhai, add oil, once it is hot add soya nugget deep fry and keep aside.
- In the same kadhai add half of the sliced onion and allow it to become golden brown.
- Remove it and keep the fried onion aside.
- Then boil the rice adding 1 tsp of salt and oil (used in frying onion and soya).
- Simultaneously in the kadhai add biriyani spice and ginger garlic green chilli paste and mix well.
- Now start adding all the ingredient one by one.
- The next one is remaining sliced onion saute well.
- Another ingredient is Garam masala and coriander masala.
- Next is soya chunks and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Finally add curd and required salt.
- cover the kadhai and cook for 5-10 minutes and once it is done.
- Mix it with rice.
- Garnish with fried onion
Note:
