Onion Paratha

Ingredient
Wheat flour 1 cup
Curd required to knead the dough
salt as required
Onion 1
kasuri methi 1 tsp
butter

Method

  • mix wheat flour, salt, 1/2 tsp butter and curd together. make it in a dough shape.
  • keep aside for 20 minute.

  • Chop onion very finely mix with kasuri methi.

  • Now pull lemon size ball quantity from dough portion.
  • press the dough in your palm
  • make it in a bowl shape
  • fill onion inside
  • start covering it with
  • Then roll out in wheat flour
  • roll it out

  • Finally heat the Tawa
  • Roast it in tawa with butter..
