Method
- mix wheat flour, salt, 1/2 tsp butter and curd together. make it in a dough shape.
- keep aside for 20 minute.
- Chop onion very finely mix with kasuri methi.
- Now pull lemon size ball quantity from dough portion.
- press the dough in your palm
- make it in a bowl shape
- fill onion inside
- start covering it with
- Then roll out in wheat flour
- roll it out
- Finally heat the Tawa
- Roast it in tawa with butter..
